Member Directory and Club Operations Tools

Member details are listed in our member directory on Wild Apricot Event Management software, accessible through the app. The member directory is updated at least once per month if not more frequently, to maintain accuracy. Information is retained indefinitely unless a member requests its deletion.

Members have control over their information, including settings for member photo albums, message forms, membership levels, user IDs, names, organizations, emails, phone numbers, avatars, shirt sizes (Men's and Women's), and pickleball ratings. Access settings can be adjusted by members.

We use 2-factor authentication and permissions in Wild Apricot to control access to club information, ensuring secure handling of member data.

Data Security

BPC is committed to protecting your data from unauthorized access. Security measures, including encryption, 2-factor authentication, and permissions, are implemented to safeguard member information.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies:
