Refund and Returns Policy

Refund and Exchange Eligibility

Time Frame:
Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date.

Condition:
Items must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging. Apparel that has been worn, washed, or altered in any way is not eligible for return or exchange.

Proof of Purchase:
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom Apparel:
Custom or personalized items, such as those with names or specific custom designs, cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Sale Items:
Items purchased on sale or at a discounted rate are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.

Process for Returns and Exchanges

Initiate Return/Exchange:
Contact us via email at bloomingtonpickleballclub@gmail.com to initiate a return or exchange. Please provide your order number and reason for the return/exchange.

Return Shipping:
Members are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made in the original order. For exchanges, we will cover the shipping cost of the new item.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

In-Person Returns and Exchanges

Currently, we do not have a physical club office. All returns and exchanges must be handled via email and shipping.
