Bloomington Pickleball Club Memorial

Honoring Our Pickleball Community

Welcome to the Bloomington Pickleball Club’s Memorial Page. Here, we celebrate and remember the cherished members of our community who have passed away. Their contributions and spirit continue to inspire us every day on and off the courts.

A Tradition of Remembrance

We have established a tradition of honoring our fallen members annually. Each year, we will remember those who have passed and celebrate their lives and contributions. The memorial bench, located at RCA Park, serves as a place of reflection and remembrance for all who visit.

Doug Kenfield: Our First Honoree

Doug Kenfield was a pillar of our pickleball community, known for his kindness, sportsmanship, and dedication to the game. His passion for pickleball and his ability to bring people together left a lasting impact on everyone who knew him. We honor Doug as the first member to be commemorated with a memorial bench at RCA Park.

Share Your Memories

We invite you to share your memories, photos, and stories of Doug and other beloved members. Your contributions help keep their legacy alive and remind us of the strong, supportive community we are part of.
