Welcome to our scheduling page, where you can book various types of meetings with our club representatives. Whether you have questions, want to discuss club activities, or need specific training, we’ve got you covered. Choose from the following scheduling options:
General Discussion – Book a general consultation to discuss any questions, concerns, or suggestions you may have regarding club activities. Meetings can be held online or at a location of your choice. Duration options: 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 90 minutes
Membership Inquiry – Schedule a brief session to inquire about membership details, benefits, or any inquiries related to joining the Bloomington Pickleball Club. Meetings can be conducted online or in person. Duration option: 20 minutes
Technology Tools Training – Schedule a session for training on technology tools used by the club, such as Wild Apricot, Slack, or Google Workspace. Meetings can be held online or at a location of your choice. Duration option: 30 minutes
Event Planning Session – Coordinate and plan upcoming events with this session. Meetings will be conducted online via Google Meet, but you can choose an alternative location if needed. Duration options: 60 minutes, 90 minutes, 120 minutes
Committee Discussion – Arrange a committee discussion to collaborate on specific projects and initiatives. Meetings will take place online through Google Meet. If necessary, you can specify an alternate location. Duration options: 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 90 minutes
Board Meeting – Schedule a board meeting to discuss and make decisions on important club matters. Meetings will be conducted online via Google Meet. Please indicate if you prefer an in-person location. Duration options: 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 90 minutes
