To participate in Bloomington Pickleball Club (BPC) events, all individuals must agree to the terms outlined in our Release, Indemnification, and Hold Harmless Agreement. This document ensures clear communication of risk and responsibility for all participants.

- Acknowledgement of Risk: Pickleball involves physical activity with inherent risks including potential injury or property damage.
- Voluntary Participation: Participation is entirely voluntary and at your own risk.
- Waiver of Liability: By signing, you waive the right to pursue legal claims for ordinary negligence.
- Indemnification: You agree to hold BPC harmless for any claims arising from your involvement.
- Medical and Insurance Responsibility: Ensure you are physically fit and insured before participating.
- Jurisdiction: Legal matters must be handled in the state where BPC is based, under local laws.
For Parents or Guardians
Parents or guardians must complete a supplemental section of the agreement for any minor participants, agreeing to indemnify the Club on their behalf.
